MHART Technology for Safe and Flexible Aerial Handling
System for the aerial handling of trolleys on Y-shaped aluminum profiles, designed for the transport of hanging garments and products laid flat on baskets (in bulk or in containers/packages).
M4V is entirely designed and manufactured by MHART.
The system can be configured in manual or automatic mode and is characterized by a high level of safety for operators and transported goods, thanks to the special shape of the aluminum profile, which prevents accidental falls of the trolleys from the handling line.
M4V specifications - MHART Trolley System
The rails are anodized aluminum guides on which the trolleys run, and can be operated manually or automatically.
Manual operation: the operator pushes the trolleys along the guides horizontally.
Automatic operation: the rails are flanked by motorized lines for horizontal or vertical movement of the trolleys.
The switches are the interconnection points between the tracks and allow the trolleys to change guide and direction.
They are bi-directional, allowing movement in both directions.
Types:
M3Vie: three-way switches, available in manual version
M2Vie: two-way switches, available in manual or automatic version
Motorized system mounted parallel to the trolley tracks, used for automatic horizontal and vertical movement.
It consists of:
40×40 mm anodized aluminum track
Polyzene guide for low-friction sliding of the drive chain
The M-Conveyor can be configured for:
Simple transport
Trolley sorter for hanging garments or baskets
M4V system handling unit.
Consisting of two V-shaped forks connected by a support bar for the garments, ensuring full adherence to the track for safe handling.
The trolley cannot fall off the line and can only be removed at predefined points.

The MHART Trolley System (M4V) is a proprietary MHART system for the overhead transport of hanging garments or flat products, designed for the fashion, e-commerce, and integrated logistics sectors.
Made of aluminum and configurable in manual or automatic mode, it guarantees maximum safety and operational flexibility.
The M4V system is ideal for:
handling hanging garments in the fashion and retail sectors;
transporting flat products or products in containers;
logistics management of automated warehouses and distribution centers.
The system is based on Y-shaped anodized aluminum tracks on which the trolleys run.
It can be operated in two modes:
Manual: trolleys are moved by the operator.
Automatic: integration with motorized lines and MCS control systems for fully automated and traceable management.
The special shape of the aluminum profile prevents the trolleys from accidentally falling.
In addition, the components are designed to ensure load stability and safety during all stages of handling.
