The MCS – MHART Conveyor System is an automated transport system designed and manufactured entirely by MHART, ideal for handling hanging garments, load units, and empty packages.

MCS technology is based on an aluminum track, along which the chain wheels run, ensuring traction on the three axes and continuous movement even over long distances. Traction is provided by friction motors, designed to ensure energy efficiency and uninterrupted operation.
The system features high-speed automated loading and unloading and can be configured for the handling of trolleys or empty load units, making it perfect for both garment-on-hanger packaging lines and integrated packing lines.
Thanks to its modularity, the MCS allows for theoretically unlimited chain lengths by inserting a motor every 40-50 meters, reducing consumption and increasing reliability and productivity.
