The Client: Excellence in Italian Luxury Fashion
Fabiana Filippi is one of the most internationally recognized high-end women's fashion brands. Founded in 1985, it is now present in over 40 countries with:
- 80 single-brand boutiques
- 1,100 multi-brand retailers
- a rapidly growing e-commerce channel
The company considers logistics a strategic element in ensuring quality, speed, and an impeccable omnichannel experience. This vision gave rise to the new logistics hub project.
The Need: Scalable, Multichannel, Product-Oriented Logistics
With increasing volumes and strong growth in online business, Fabiana Filippi needed:
- a warehouse optimized for hanging and flat-packed garments;
- faster and smoother logistics processes;
- a solution capable of managing wholesale, retail, and e-commerce orders in an integrated manner;
- greater storage capacity without increasing the footprint;
- a facility capable of preserving the quality of luxury garments;
- modern, clean, ergonomic logistics that were aesthetically consistent with the brand.
The previous warehouse no longer supported the volumes or multi-channel complexity.
The Solution: MHART M4V overhead handling system + multi-storey system
The project, developed with MHART, Dalmine LS, and G&G Logistics, led to the creation of a completely new logistics hub, based on the highest standards of efficiency and product care.

1. MHART M4V system for hanging and flat garments
- over 3 km of tracks (Rail H55 / H116)
- multi-purpose trolleys for hanging garments and baskets
- M2Vie and M3Vie motorized switches
- automatic conveyors for vertical handling
- smooth and controlled flow management
2. Four-level multi-story structure
- fourfold increase in total surface area without structural extensions to the building
- areas dedicated to ventilation, quality control, buffering, and sorting
- “holes” in the mezzanines for long garments, designed to prevent any damage
3. Optimized omnichannel logistics
- integration with Click Reply WMS
- Preparation for RFID gate at entrance
- Put-to-Light process for retail, wholesale, and e-commerce order preparation
4. Ergonomic and “clean” working environment
- Almost total elimination of pallets and cartons to reduce dust
- Spacious, bright, and quiet spaces
