MHAPS – Real-time inventory

MHART Single GOH technologies enable fully automated solutions for counting, scanning, RFID reading, and sorting in a fully integrated system.

Every time it enters, exits, or undergoes any other process (e.g., quality control, pre-packaging, returns management), the hanging garment is handled individually, counted, and identified by a barcode scanner and an RFID tunnel (if present).

Products are sorted by destination, and any anomalies detected automatically direct the garment to a reject line.

Being fully integrated with the customer's warehouse management system, the process offers real-time inventory as well as space and time savings.
